Asure Software in Phoenix is seeking a Director of HCM Sales to lead a team of Sales Executives serving small to mid-market clients. You will recruit, coach, and retain top performers while driving new client acquisition and account penetration.

You will develop product messaging, forecast accurately, coordinate with Marketing, Product, Finance and HR, and help shape the sales strategy. The role includes an uncapped commission plan and a comprehensive benefits package, reflecting our commitment

Qualifications

• 10+ years software or SaaS sales experience with a consultative approach.
• 5+ years sales management in fast-growing environments.
• Payroll and HCM domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through new client acquisition and existing client penetration.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Executives.
• Develop forecasts and plan strategic training with Sales Trainer.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance and HR to align goals.
