Job summary

Bevi seeks a Director of Program Management to lead our central PMO and drive fast, predictable hardware NPI programs from concept to launch. You will coach five PMs, own the phase-gate process, and push for aggressive schedules with evidence-based status.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Service and Sales to ensure programs meet target quality, cost and supply readiness, including collaboration with Asia-based contract manufacturers and design

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management.
• 5+ years leading a team of program managers.
• Experience taking connected hardware products through EVT, DVT, PVT and production launch.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO and coach a team of program managers.
• Maintain aggressive, credible schedules updated weekly.
• Log and track risks, owners, and inputs with evidence-based status.
• Report program status to leadership and the Board.
