Zusammenfassung

Bevi seeks a Director of Program Management to lead the central PMO in Boston. You will guide five program managers, own the NPI process from concept to launch, and drive faster, more predictable hardware programs across EVT/DVT/PVT to production.

This hands-on leadership role requires partnering with Product, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Service and Sales to achieve schedule, quality and supply readiness while building a scalable playbook.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in program management, including 5+ years leading a team.
• Experience taking connected hardware products through EVT, DVT, PVT and production launch.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers on new product launches.
• Comfort setting aggressive schedules and running them with discipline: risk tracking, evidence-based status and early escalation.
• Clear, direct communication with executives and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead the PMO and coach a team of program managers.
• Own Bevi's phase gate process and ensure go/no-go or recycle decisions.
• Drive aggressive, credible schedules updated weekly and track risks with owners.
• Report program status to the leadership team and the Board.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Service and Sales to hit targets.
