Job summary

INFOTRON in the Bay Area seeks an experienced Program Manager focused on PCBA manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI). You will own hardware programs from concept through launch, coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.

Set and drive schedules, mitigate risks, and provide concise executive updates. You will manage External Contract Manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery and ramp readiness in a high-tech semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PCBA manufacturing programs from concept to launch.
• Proven ability to manage hardware programs with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Direct experience collaborating with Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
• Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive PCBA manufacturing programs from concept through NPI and product launch.
• Own program schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and execution.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers to meet objectives and ramp plans.
• Lead NPI activities, including build planning, readiness, issue resolution, and production ramp.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; drive teams toward timely resolution.
• Provide concise executive-level updates on status, milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain alignment between internal teams and external manufacturing partners throughout the lifecycle.
