ProdataKey is seeking a seasoned Hardware Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex hardware programs, coordinating with engineering (hardware, firmware, electronics, mechanical) and suppliers to align roadmaps and plans. You will drive schedule milestones and ensure quality while reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of program management in hardware or with OEM/ODM suppliers.
• Experience managing NPI/Phase-Gate for hardware products (EVT/DVT/PVT).
• Strong BOM/ECN/ECOs management across product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with FCC/UL/CE and safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of hardware programs ensuring scope, schedule, and quality goals are achieved.
• Collaborate with engineering to define delivery targets for future product releases.
• Develop and maintain program schedules with supplier lead times and milestones.
• Apply Scrum best practices tailored for hardware.
• Partner with Product Managers to align roadmaps and with engineering teams to create plans.
• Collaborate with software PMs delivering SaaS products and share schedules with executives.
• Ensure cross-functional communication with operations, QA, marketing, and sales.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies across engineering, certification, and supply chain.
• Use Jira and Confluence to track dependencies, risks, and dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, JDMs, OEMs, and manufacturing partners on deliverables.
• Oversee procurement and supply chain dependencies; support regulatory testing and certification.
