Job summary

Eagle Wireless, based in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a Program Manager to own and drive hardware/NPI programs from initial engagement through EVT/DVT/PVT, certification, and ramp-to-mass production. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and external manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery of HW products.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hardware program management, experience with phase-gate NPI, and strong communication with customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in program or project management, including 2+ years on hardware through phase-gate NPI.
• Experience with hardware products (cellular/wireless module, networking device, IoT end device).
• Experience with contract manufacturers and external manufacturing partners.
• Knowledge of phase-gate/process gates (EVT/DVT/PVT) and BOM/ECO management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer-facing programs end-to-end through EVT to mass production.
• Track milestones at phase-gate stages and flag risks before delays.
• Be primary contact for assigned accounts, managing expectations and status updates.
• Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing partners.
• Lead phase-gate reviews and ensure readiness for manufacturing transfer.
• Manage BOM, ECO, and documentation control in collaboration with teams.
• Drive regulatory and carrier certification requirements.
• Prepare and present program status reports to leadership and customers.
• Identify process improvements to improve predictability and delivery.
