Job summary

Samsara is seeking a highly motivated Operations Program Manager to lead a global OPM team responsible for launching new hardware products. You will oversee end-to-end operations from concept to high-volume production and coordinate across Engineering, Product, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.

This remote role in the US requires up to 20% travel and offers opportunities for leadership development within a hyper-growth hardware environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA/MS is a plus.
• 7+ years in Operations Program Management, NPI in hardware manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years leading a team of 4+ people.
• Proven track record launching complex hardware products from concept to high-volume production.
• Expert-level in program management tools (Confluence/JIRA); PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Operations Program Management team in NA and Asia to launch new hardware products.
• Own end-to-end operations from concept through mass production.
• Liaise with Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other teams to align plans.
• Develop program plans, manage schedules, budgets, and mitigate risks.
• Define manufacturing strategies and ensure factory readiness and capacity.
