Samsara is seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager (NPI) to lead a global team responsible for launching new hardware products. You will own end-to-end operational execution from concept to mass production and sustained volume, coordinating across Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Operations Program Management, NPI, or related roles in hardware manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years managing a team of at least 4 individuals.
• Proven track record of launching multiple hardware products from concept to high-volume production.
• Expert-level proficiency in program/project management tools (e.g., Confluence/JIRA); PMP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global Operations Program Management team to develop and launch new hardware products.
• Own end-to-end operational execution from concept through mass production and sustained volume.
• Serve as primary operations liaison across Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other functions.
• Develop program plans, manage schedules and budgets, mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Define and execute manufacturing strategies with internal teams and external partners.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and maintain robust quality standards across the lifecycle.
