Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to lead global hardware supply planning. You will develop rolling 12‑month production, shipment, and capacity plans while collaborating with Demand Planning, Global Ops Engineering, Production Procurement, Order Operations and Finance to optimize service levels and minimize inventory costs.

This remote US role is open to candidates nationwide with specified metro exclusions.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field and finance or economics focus.
• Experience building supply plans against capacity and constraints.
• Strong analytical ability and clear risk articulation.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP/planning systems and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Convert demand plans into supply plans by SKU, region, and DC.
• Maintain rolling 12-month production and capacity plans.
• Flag shortages early and collaborate to confirm components.
• Publish supply targets and track commits, ETDs, and landed supply.
• Monitor weekly coverage and run simulations for real-time changes.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, NPI, and Finance analyses.
• Evolve processes using data/ AI-assisted tools.
