Job summary

Samsara is hiring a remote Operations Program Manager to lead a global OPM team across North America and Asia, driving the end-to-end launch of hardware products from concept to mass production and sustained volume. You will coordinate across Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and meeting cost targets.

This role requires 7+ years in Operations PM/NPI in hardware, 3+ years of team leadership, and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing).
MBA or MS adds value.
7+ years in Operations Program Management or NPI in hardware manufacturing.
3+ years leading a team of 4+ people.
Proficient in PM methods and tools; PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead a global Operations Program Management team across NA/Asia for hardware products.
Own end-to-end ops execution from concept to mass production.
Act as operations liaison across Eng, Product, Supply Chain, Manufacturing.
Develop program plans, manage schedules and budgets, mitigate risks.
Define manufacturing strategies and work with partners for readiness and capacity.
Drive cost reduction and ensure quality across the product lifecycle.
