Job summary

Samsara is seeking a high-energy people manager for the Operations Program Manager team with hardware NPI expertise. You will lead a global group to launch new hardware products, manage end-to-end operations from development through mass production, and coordinate across Engineering, Product, and Supply Chain.

You will drive schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and manufacturing readiness while pursuing cost reduction and robust quality. Remote role with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA/MS a plus.
• 7+ years in Operations Program Management or NPI in hardware.
• 3+ years leading a team of 4 or more.
• Proven launches from concept to high-volume production.
• Expert-level PM methodologies; Confluence/JIRA preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Operations Program Management team across NA and Asia.
• Own end-to-end execution from concept to mass production.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, Manufacturing.
• Develop program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Define manufacturing strategies; ensure factory readiness and capacity.
• Drive cost reduction and uphold quality across lifecycle.
• Champion Samsara culture and growth mindset.
