Samsara is seeking a highly motivated Operations Program Manager to lead a global OPM team focused on new hardware product introductions. You will manage end-to-end manufacturing, align cross-functional teams, and drive cost, quality, and time-to-market improvements across NA and Asia.

The role is remote-based in the US with travel up to 20%. You will play a pivotal part in scaling operations as Samsara expands its connected operations platform.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• MBA/MS is a plus for higher leadership roles.
• 7+ years in Operations Program Management, NPI, or related roles in hardware manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global Operations Program Management team across North America and Asia.
• Own end-to-end operational execution of hardware product manufacturing from concept to mass production.
• Serve as primary operations liaison across Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Develop program plans, manage schedules and budgets, mitigate risks for on-time, on-cost delivery.
• Define manufacturing strategies with internal teams and external partners for readiness and capacity.
• Drive cost reduction while maintaining robust quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Embed Samsara’s cultural principles and scale globally across new offices.
