WCG is seeking a Director, Commercial Process & GTM Technology to define the future-state selling motion and tech-enabled processes spanning lead-to-cash and customer lifecycle. You will shape the Salesforce.com platform as the core operational engine within an integrated commercial technology ecosystem.

You will own the vision, governance, and adoption across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT, coordinating with stakeholders to improve visibility, user experience, and decision-making

Competenze

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a business/tech-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market technology.
• Experience defining end-to-end lead-to-cash and customer lifecycle processes in a complex organization.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com platform governance, data quality, adoption, and integrations.
• Experience using Gong for revenue intelligence and forecasting.

• Develop and maintain the future-state vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for selling motion and go-to-market tech.
• Position Salesforce.com as the foundational commercial platform across customer lifecycle.
• Own Salesforce.com product strategy, governance, and data standards.
• Lead design and standardization of scalable commercial processes across revenue operations.
• Define the integrated operating model using Gong and other tools.
• Advance opportunity management by aligning Salesforce.com and Gong workflows and data.
• Collaborate with Legal on contract lifecycle processes and tech.
• Identify and resolve gaps in the commercial technology ecosystem to reduce manual work.
• Establish governance forums for prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate business needs into process designs and measurable outcomes.
• Lead adoption, data quality, and user experience improvement efforts.
• Manage change, training, and communications for new capabilities.
