WCG Clinical in the United States (Remote) seeks a Director of Commercial Process & GTM Technology to define the future-state selling motion and the technology-enabled processes across Salesforce.com and related tools. You will own Salesforce.com governance, roadmap, and adoption, connecting engagement, forecasting, contracting, and downstream processes.

This role partners with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT, and more to drive unified customer journeys.

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, sales operations, business process transformation, product management, or go-to-market technology.
• Salesforce.com and Gong experience required; familiarity with contract lifecycle management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Define future-state vision and multi-year roadmap for selling motion, commercial processes, and go-to-market technology ecosystem.
• Own Salesforce.com governance, data standards, user experience, adoption, and ongoing optimization for the Commercial organization.
• Lead design and standardization of scalable commercial processes from opportunity to contract and post-sale handoffs.
• Collaborate with Legal to maximize contract lifecycle management and data continuity across the customer journey.
• Establish governance forums and measure adoption, data quality, and process compliance.
