WCG Clinical is seeking a Director of Commercial Process & GTM Technology to define and advance our future-state selling motion and the technology-enabled processes that support lead-to-cash and customer lifecycle.

The leader will own Salesforce.com governance, roadmap, and adoption across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT, integrating Gong, CLM, and other GTM tech to improve visibility, user experience, and decision-making.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in commercial operations, revenue operations, or related fields.
Experience defining end-to-end lead-to-cash and customer lifecycle processes.

Develop and maintain the future-state vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for selling motion and go-to-market tech ecosystem.
Position Salesforce.com as the foundational commercial platform across the lifecycle, linking engagement, forecasting, contracting, and post-sale handoffs.
Own Salesforce.com product strategy, governance, roadmap, data standards, and adoption for the Commercial organization.
Lead the design and standardization of scalable commercial processes supporting opportunity management, forecasting, and contracting.
Define the operating model for customer engagement using Gong and other tools to capture interactions and next actions.
Advance forecasting by aligning Salesforce.com and Gong workflows, data, and practices for visibility into opportunity health.
Collaborate with Legal to leverage CLM and improve data continuity from opportunity to contract.
Identify and resolve data, process, and integration gaps to reduce manual work and misalignments.
Establish governance forums for priorities across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations.
Translate strategy into process designs, platform requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Monitor adoption, data quality, and process compliance to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead change management and training to embed new capabilities across the organization.
Maintain a disciplined intake for enhancements, defects, and reporting needs.
