Maven Clinic is seeking a Director of GTM Operations & Architecture to own Salesforce, CRM strategy, and data governance. The role sits at the heart of revenue operations, partnering with Salesforce engineering, Commercial Strategy, Sales, and Finance to enable scalable, well-documented processes and trusted data.

You will lead a hands-on team, define business requirements, and drive multi-phase initiatives while maintaining end-to-end ownership of key GTM domains.

Competenze

• 8+ years across Salesforce architecture, revenue operations, or GTM systems
• Deep hands-on Salesforce skill with architecture design
• Built automation and AI-enabled tooling to replace manual GTM work
• Integrated Salesforce with data warehouse, BI, billing, and GTM tooling

Mansioni

• Own Salesforce & GTM systems as system of record and ensure configuration, automation, and documentation
• Own end-to-end CRM strategy and data models; map data across systems
• Translate business requirements into system requirements and prioritize projects
• Maintain a clean sales funnel and data quality across the lifecycle
• Lead AI strategy within Salesforce and drive automation to reduce manual work
• Collaborate across Sales, Finance, Analytics, and Engineering to optimize workflows
