Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to define end-to-end lead-to-cash and customer lifecycle processes.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com, data governance, and platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Define the future-state vision and multi-year roadmap for the selling motion and go-to-market tech ecosystem.
• Own Salesforce.com strategy, governance, roadmap, data standards, and user adoption for the Commercial organization.
• Lead design and standardization of scalable commercial processes across opportunity management, forecasting, and contracting.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to optimize contract lifecycle management and data continuity.
• Translate strategy into measurable outcomes and drive adoption across cross-functional teams.
