Doxel is hiring a Sales Enablement & Training Manager to create the first formal enablement program and scalable onboarding for enterprise AEs, SDRs, and customer-facing roles. You will develop certification, playbooks, and AI-supported training to accelerate domain expertise and sales performance.

You will learn construction domain quickly with Claude AI, translate field reality into actionable curricula, and partner with Product Marketing to deliver sales-ready content at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales, sales training, or enablement (enterprise focus preferred).
• Proven ability to build training programs and onboarding for complex B2B SaaS deals.
• Experience teaching technical domains and running live and async training.

Responsabilités

• Build the company’s first formal sales enablement program with strategy and infra.
• Create scalable onboarding for GTM roles (AEs, SDRs, SEs, CSM).
• Develop certification frameworks and role-based competency models.
• Build AI-assisted training systems and self-service delivery.
