Job summary

Doxel is hiring its first dedicated Sales Enablement & Training Manager in the United States. The role focuses on building a scalable enablement function, onboarding programs for AEs, SDRs, SEs, and CS teams, and instituting certification and tooling backed by AI.

Ideal candidates will teach construction domain fluency, develop curricula, and deliver live and asynchronous training while partnering with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years across sales, sales training, and/or enablement.
• Demonstrated excellence as a teacher and coach with strong facilitation and adult-learning skills.
• Ability to create content independently (curricula, playbooks, and certification tracks).

Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize the company's first formal sales enablement program, establishing strategy and infrastructure.
• Create scalable onboarding programs across GTM roles: AEs, SDRs, SEs, CS.
• Develop certification frameworks and role-based competency models.
• Build AI-supported training systems that scale with company growth and include LMS stack.
• Embed enterprise methodologies (MEDDICC/Challenger) and translate product releases into enablement content.
