Job summary

Snorkel AI is hiring a Director, GTM Systems & AI Transformation in San Francisco. You will lead the end-to-end GTM tech stack, shape the architectural roadmap for Salesforce and adjacent tools, and own data integrity to support AI-driven initiatives.

You’ll partner with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to design scalable, AI-enabled processes, and manage a small high-leverage systems team in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue/Sales/GTM Operations or related
• Experience owning a GTM tool stack beyond Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and scaling AI-based solutions
• Strong prioritization and project management in fast-moving environments
• Exceptional communication with executives and cross-functional teams
• Startup or high-growth experience preferred
• Systems thinking to design durable, scalable GTM tech

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the systems architecture strategy across Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, Marketing, and more
• Set the roadmap for Salesforce and the broader GTM stack including renewal and automation tooling
• Own Salesforce architecture, data integrity and governance as foundation for AI initiatives
• Manage vendor relationships and renewals across the GTM stack
• Lead and grow the technical systems team with clear priorities
• Establish intake, prioritization and release processes for proactive delivery
• Drive AI transformation across GTM by identifying workflow automation opportunities
