You will identify high-potential customers, tailor value propositions, and manage a strategic pipeline using CRM while collaborating with field teams to outpace competition.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic selling, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders across customer organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related sales experience.
• Ability to ask open-ended questions to understand customer needs and value solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to research industries and markets and develop account strategies.
• Willingness to travel >50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build a high performing team to accelerate growth within targeted industry segments.
• Identify and qualify prospect customers with potential for significant annual revenue.
• Develop and present value propositions to disrupt competitors and create demand.
• Document pipeline and milestones in CRM and blueprint buyer journeys.
• Collaborate with internal teams and field staff to align strategies and execution.
• Own long-term account strategies and ensure seamless transitions to field sales leaders.
