CVS Health seeks a Director of Strategic Initiatives & Product Management – Growth Analytics to partner with GA leadership, shape strategy, and drive key initiatives. You’ll oversee executive communications, scorecards, and financial planning while guiding AI-driven data products from vision to delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Management, Strategic Planning or related roles.
• 8+ years using data analytics and financial modeling to influence decisions.
• 7+ years of product management leading data, analytics or AI-driven products.
• 6+ years solving complex business problems across strategic and execution levels.
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders via communication and storytelling.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-paced environments.
• 4+ years delivering initiatives from concept through execution with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GA leadership to drive strategic initiatives and lead high-impact projects.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning and operational reviews.
• Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture through employee engagement and change management.
• Define and communicate a roadmap for Growth Analytics data, analytics, and AI-powered products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions from discovery to adoption.
