Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• MBA, CPA, or JD highly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Minimum of 5+ years focused on statutory Government Pricing calculations, operations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all federally mandated price calculations including AMP, Best Price, ASP, and VA Non-FAMP pricing and manage annual reporting Certifications.
• Institute GP checks for accuracy, validate modeling setups, test GP changes, and assess business impact.
• Oversee processing and payment of government rebates and discounts (Medicaid, Medicare Part D, IRA).
• Collaborate with legal and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with CMS guidance.
