Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Minimum of 5+ years directly focused on statutory Government Pricing calculations, operations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all federally mandated price calculations including Medicaid AMP, Best Price, ASP, and VA Non-FAMP pricing with audits and data validation.
• Institute GP checks for accuracy, validate modeling setup, and assess business impact of GP updates.
• Oversee processing and payment of government rebates and discounts, including Medicaid rebates, Part D discounts, and IRA-related programs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements, CMS guidance, and contracting language in collaboration with legal teams.
• Collaborate with Contract Operations, Market Access, Gross-to-Net forecasting, and Pricing Committees to align government pricing with business strategy.
• Oversee third-party vendor oversight for contract management and drive Power BI-driven data visibility for proactive monitoring.
• Lead dispute resolution with state Medicaid agencies and drive process improvements to reduce manual workload.
