Qualifications

• Experience with government pricing calculations (AMP, Best Price, ASP, VA Non-FAMP).
• Ability to manage annual/quarterly reporting certifications and audits.
• Experience in pricing strategy, compliance and government rebates.

Responsibilities

• Lead all federally mandated price calculations (AMP, Best Price, ASP, VA Non-FAMP).
• Oversee GP checks, independent calculations, and validation of GP changes.
• Manage government rebates, rebates programs, and inflation rebates under IRA.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and contract language with legal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing with business strategy.
• Drive data visibility with dashboards and proactive reporting.
• Lead dispute resolution with Medicaid and 340B programs.
