The role requires collaboration with audit teams and cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in pharmaceutical pricing, strong leadership, and expertise in regulatory requirements, including Medicaid, MFP, IRA, and 340B

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• MBA, CPA, or JD highly preferred.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech Government Pricing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all federally mandated price calculations (AMP, Best Price, ASP, VA Non-FAMP).
• Oversee government rebates, discounts, and related reporting under IRA and FSS/DoD programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state/federal requirements and CMS guidance.
