Qualifications

10+ years of progressive pharma/biotech government pricing experience.
Minimum 5+ years directly focused on statutory government pricing calculations, operations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead federally mandated price calculations (AMP, Best Price, ASP, VA Non-FAMP) and oversee quarterly/annual reporting.
Institute GP checks: independent calculations, validate modeling, test reasonableness of GP changes, assess business impact.
Oversee government rebates and discounts, including Medicaid rebates, Part D discounts, IRA inflation rebates, and FSS contracts.
