The candidate will oversee rebates, discount programs, and bid management, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness while partnering with Legal and Market Access teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA/CPA/JD preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive pharma/biotech experience.
• 5+ years in statutory Government Pricing calculations, operations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead federally mandated price calculations (AMP, Best Price, ASP, VA Non-FAMP) and related reporting.
• Institute GP checks, validate GP models, test changes, and assess business impact.
• Oversee processing of government rebates and discounts including Medicaid and IRA rebates.
• Ensure compliance with evolving federal/state requirements and CMS guidance.
• Collaborate with Contract Ops, Market Access, and Pricing Committees for pricing strategy.
• Oversee data platforms and Power BI dashboards to enable proactive monitoring.
• Lead dispute resolution with Medicaid agencies and streamline processes.
