Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Director of Partner Programs to own the end-to-end Partner Program architecture across Technology, Services, Cloud, Built with MongoDB, and Certified by MongoDB DBaaS. You will lead certification tracks (SI Associate/Architect), incentivize scalable partner engagement, and govern program operations worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in partner/channel programs, alliances, or partner marketing in B2B SaaS/infrastructure
• 3+ years managing a team
• Experience owning a multi-tier partner program end to end—design, launch, governance, evolution

Responsibilities

• Define and own Partner Program strategy across all partner categories
• Design and govern the global partner incentive framework (MDF, SPIFs, rebates)
• Manage a team of Partner Program Managers and ensure program health metrics
• Collaborate with Sales Plays, Offerings, and PRM to reflect rules in the platform
• Define KPIs and deliver regular program health reviews to executives
