Job summary

FinOps Weekly is seeking a senior Director of Partner Development for Global Distribution Sales & Partnerships. This role focuses on building and executing partner-led growth with distributors, MSPs, SIs, GSIs, and major cloud providers across the Americas.

You will own channel strategy, develop partner plans, drive pipeline and revenue, and collaborate with internal teams to expand market reach. Travel ~20%; East Coast preferred with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in indirect or channel sales and partner management.
• Experience with distributors, MSPs, SIs, GSIs, and hyperscalers.
• Strong understanding of cloud markets, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, governance.
• Proven ability to build pipeline and manage forecasts.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage strategic partnerships in the Americas.
• Own channel strategy and sell-with motions with partners.
• Develop partner account plans with objectives and milestones.
• Drive pipeline, forecast, and revenue through partner-led programs.
• Lead partner business reviews with leadership and partners.
• Communicate plans and progress to cross-functional teams.
