Job summary
Figma is growing our distribution partnerships team to unlock new sources of revenue and scale globally. This player/coach role will lead a small team while personally owning our most strategic alliances with global SIs and major service partners.
The role can be based from a US hub or fully remote within the United States. You will build partner program playbooks, engagement frameworks, and recruitment of new distribution partners while working with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing,
Qualifications
- 12+ years in partnerships, business development, or GTM roles.
- 3+ years of direct people management in a high-growth SaaS company.
- Proven track record of executive-level relationships with global SIs or Tier-1 firms.
- Experience building partner programs or engagement frameworks from scratch.
- Demonstrated player/coach mentality—able to manage and contribute.
- Strong cross-functional influence with VP-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 2–3 Distribution Partner Managers across North America.
- Personally own and manage complex partner relationships with large services organizations; drive partner-influenced revenue.
- Build program playbooks, partner engagement frameworks, and onboarding models from scratch.
