Job summary

ROLLER seeks a Director of Implementation & Professional Services to lead a high-performing team across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring new customers go live and train effectively. Your role shapes professional services as a growth lever, reporting to the CRO and guiding go-live excellence.

Based in Austin, you will manage a team with strong impact on revenue through implementation and services, while collaborating with product and other functions to accelerate global growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer success or onboarding operations.
• 5+ years in global people leadership roles.
• Proven track record designing onboarding for technical products.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing customer-facing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a training and implementation strategy aligned with company goals.
• Design scalable processes to train users on the ROLLER platform.
• Create ongoing training programs to drive product adoption.
• Evolve the Professional Services practice into a scalable function.
• Establish KPIs and report on the performance of the support organization.
• Collaborate with other leaders to ensure smooth information flow.
• Provide feedback to Product on feature roadmap impacts.
