ROLLER is seeking a Director of Implementation & Professional Services to lead a high-performing team across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. The role focuses on end-to-end customer onboarding, training, and professional services strategy to maximize revenue and customer success.

You’ll build scalable processes, develop playbooks, and drive a culture of fast, high-quality deployment while collaborating closely with Product and other functions. Based in Austin with hybrid work arrangements.

Formación

• 10+ years of implementation or onboarding experience.
• 5+ years in a people leadership role overseeing global customer success organizations.
• Experience designing onboarding and implementation processes for technical products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing customer facing training programs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a strategy for the customer training & implementation organization.
• Design scalable processes to train technical and non-technical users on the ROLLER platform.
• Create ongoing training programs to drive product adoption and deflect support tickets.
• Evolve the Professional Services practice into a scaled, mature function as we grow.
• Establish KPIs and regularly report on the performance of the team.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure seamless information flow.
• Align with Product to incorporate feedback and stay updated on new features.
