Panorama-Education in the United States seeks a Director of Implementation to lead a transformation of how we implement our products. You will manage the implementation team, redesign processes and tooling, and accelerate client launches with measurable outcomes.

You will report to the Vice President, Adoption & Services and oversee a team of 12 in the US and Mexico. Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership, capacity planning, cross-functional handoffs, and driving speed, quality, and

• Experience leading a services team in a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical acumen with ability to apply AI to improve processes.
• Ability to transform processes, staffing and toolbox for scale.
• Experience with cross-functional partnerships across Sales, PM, Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Own the Implementation function end to end including operating model and staffing.
• Redesign processes and tooling to speed client launches and outcomes.
• Align services with client value-delivery models and other teams.
