Job summary

RZR Global in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Director of Global Customer Success to guard the global revenue base and architect growth. Reporting to the CRO, you will lead Growth and Account Management across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, driving a high‑performance, consultant‑minded CS engine.

You will standardize onboarding, track Account Plans and QBRs, and translate client feedback into product improvements to maximize TAM and Net Revenue Retention.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Five+ years leading distributed global teams.
• Strong programmatic and technical fluency in mobile advertising.
• Proven ability to shift CS into proactive revenue engine.
• Forecasting, account planning, and NR/RR governance experience.
• Exceptional executive presence with C‑level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own retention of topline revenue and drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead account planning, QBRs, and governance for Tier 1–2 accounts globally.
• Standardize a global onboarding process with high launch accuracy.
• Translate client feedback into product improvements to maximize TAM and PMF.
• Develop global coaching cadences and enablement workflows for CS teams.
• Scale global teams and ramp given roles within 90 days using a codified onboarding standard.
• Implement an At‑Risk monitoring system with executive interventions when needed.
