Panorama Education is seeking a Director, Implementation to lead the transformation of the Implementation function and run day-to-day operations. You will guide a 12-person team across the United States and Mexico, reporting to the Vice President of Adoption & Services, while aligning with Sales, Account Management, and Product.

You will redesign processes and tooling, accelerate client launches, and focus on outcomes, speed, and value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a services team in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to redesign processes, tooling and cross-functional handoffs.
• Proven track record of improving implementation speed and client outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own the Implementation function end to end, including operating model, staffing, performance and tooling.
• Transform implementation to speed and client outcomes, with clear KPI goals.
• Redesign client implementation experience to reduce back-and-forth using synchronous collaboration.
• Align implementation services with the broader client value-delivery model across Sales, Account Management, Project Management and Product.
• Lead and develop the Implementation team through significant change and build leadership capacity.
