Connection is seeking a seasoned PMO leader to direct global program management and governance, guiding cross-regional teams and vendors for IT services. You will drive portfolio prioritization, cost management, and delivery excellence across infrastructure, applications, and digital initiatives.

You will report to senior leadership, lead strategic change, and mentor a global PMO team, fostering data-driven decisions and strong executive relationships.

Formación

• Progressive IT program or project management experience with 5+ years in senior PMO leadership.
• Experience managing large IT services portfolios across infrastructure, applications, and digital transformation.
• Background in managed services or shared-services delivery environments.
• Proven success leading global or multi-time-zone teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with portfolio and project management platforms.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with vendor relationships and outsourcing models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and evolve the global PMO operating model and governance.
• Direct portfolio management: intake, prioritization, capacity, and budgeting.
• Establish steering committees and provide reporting on performance and risks.
• Define and monitor delivery metrics for quality, schedule, cost, and value.
• Provide leadership for large, complex, or at-risk programs.
• Drive standardization of PMO tools and templates across regions.
• Oversee resource planning and cross-program coordination.
• Manage vendor governance for outsourced engagements.
• Mentor and develop a global PMO team and career paths.
• Champion accountability and data-informed decision making.
• Lead change management for new PMO processes and tools.
• Manage program financial performance including forecast vs actuals.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement on business cases and ROI.
• Advise executives on delivery capacity, risks, and prioritization.
• Represent PMO in audits and governance reviews.
