Job summary

The PMO Director will lead the organization’s Project Management Office (PMO), establishing and maintaining project management standards, governance, prioritization, reporting, and execution across the enterprise. This is a hands-on, working leadership role that combines ownership of the overall PMO function with direct management of the organization’s largest, most visible, and strategically important initiatives.

The PMO Director will oversee a portfolio of strategic projects, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Infrastructure, and Business Transformation, with the respective Project Managers reporting directly into this role. The ideal candidate brings strong executive communication skills, proven portfolio and program management experience, and the ability to drive complex initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes.
