Qualifications

• Led high-priority cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous requirements to delivery.
• Built or improved a PMO or enterprise program management function.
• Managed programs across multiple countries or distributed teams.
• Worked with C-level executives to set priorities and drive execution without direct authority.
• Managed competing initiatives and limited resources across a portfolio of programs.
• Developed program managers or cross-functional execution teams.
• Implemented tracking and executive reporting improving delivery outcomes.
• Able to move between portfolio prioritisation and detailed execution in a fast-growing org.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's highest-priority cross-functional programs from ambiguous requirements through delivery with sponsors, owners, timelines and success criteria.
• Define a focused set of high-impact initiatives and align them with senior leadership.
• Provide executive leadership with a consolidated view of major initiatives across functions and regions.
• Identify blockers early and escalate them within agreed timelines to maintain progress.
• Establish a lightweight, globally consistent operating model for prioritisation, planning, execution, and reporting.
• Integrate existing rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly) into the PMO framework.
• Manage a portfolio of programs, guiding trade-offs and resource allocations.
• Hire, develop, and lead a team of program managers and execution owners.
• Create a service model that supports global and regional priorities without bottlenecks.
• Reduce duplicated work and improve predictability of major initiatives.
