Advanced Energy is seeking a Director of IT Business Operations & PMO to transform how the global IT organization prioritizes investments, governs delivery, and turns portfolio information into action. Reporting to the EVP & CIO, this role balances the IT PMO with operating-model improvements and budget coordination.

The leader will establish visibility into priorities, progress, risks and financial considerations, while driving governance, process improvements, and executive-level

Qualificações

10+ years of leadership in IT PMO or technology portfolio management.
Ability to influence peers and senior leaders without formal authority.
Strong governance, strategic planning and organizational leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Transform the IT PMO into a business-oriented function with measurable value.
Maintain a decision-ready IT portfolio view including priorities, risks, resources and financials.
Establish governance proportional to initiative size and impact.
Lead a geographically distributed PMO team and coordinate executive communications.
