Job summary

PMO Partners, LLC is conducting a confidential search for a Director of Program Management to build and lead an enterprise PMO. You will design the operating model, governance, and maturity roadmap while aligning strategic priorities with technology investments and business outcomes.

You will recruit and guide a team of Project Managers, provide executive dashboards, and drive cross-functional, vendor-integrated SaaS initiatives with a hands-on delivery approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP is highly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in project/program/PMO leadership and portfolio governance.
• Proven success delivering enterprise SaaS programs with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish the enterprise PMO operating model, governance standards, and maturity roadmap.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers and define performance expectations.
• Oversee portfolio reporting, budgets, and risk management with executive visibility.
