Visa is seeking a Director, Digital Identity Strategy to join our Global eCommerce & Digital Identity Strategy organization. This role defines Visa’s long-term identity strategy and owns the end-to-end agenda across authentication, payments, and related use cases.

Formación

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years with an Advanced Degree or 6 years with a PhD.
• 12+ years of progressive experience at the intersection of identity, authentication, payments, and/or strategy.
• Strong executive-level communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience shaping or influencing product strategy in partnership with Product, Technology, and Commercial teams.
• Familiarity with ecommerce-related products or platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define Visa’s role in digital identity across authentication, payments, and emerging identity-enabled use cases.
• Identify, size, and prioritize new revenue pools and strategic value identity can unlock for Visa.
• Translate identity strategy into a coherent multi-year roadmap, aligned to Visa’s eCommerce north star.
• Identify and shape new identity-led products and services Visa should launch in 3–5 years with cross-functional teams.
• Own the strategic direction of existing identity platforms, including Visa Device Intelligence (VDI) and Identity Graph.
• Partner with Product and Commercial teams to evolve positioning, pricing, and go-to-market for identity capabilities.
