Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Director of Fulfillment Operations to lead multi-site mail order pharmacy fulfillment. You will drive strategy, staffing, and process improvements across inventory, cold chain, dispensing, and shipping to ensure safe, compliant patient care.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize systems, forecast staffing, and enhance service levels while maintaining business continuity.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree with active, unrestricted license.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of residence or reciprocity within 4 months.
• Minimum of five years as a licensed pharmacist preferred.
• 4–5 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Managed care and/or PBM experience preferred.
• Participation in compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and execute business strategies to increase service levels and efficiencies across locations.
• Direct Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing by analyzing trends and forecasting.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and reporting.
• Develop infrastructure plans to accommodate growth and new service offerings.
• Implement continuous improvements to patient care and customer experience.
• Collaborate across leadership to optimize processes for safety and efficiency.
• Monitor and report pharmacy KPIs to management and executives.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Projects and Quality Oversight Committee.
• Develop and oversee a cost-effective, safe and patient-centric fulfillment strategy.
