Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Director of Fulfillment Operations to steer vision and execution across a multi-site mail order pharmacy operation. You’ll design compliant, safe, and efficient fulfillment, including inventory, cold chain, dispensing, shipping, and service delivery, with staffing and cross-training to support redundancy and continuity.

Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, you’ll drive indexable KPIs, partner with IT for systems readiness, and lead cross-functional

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D and hold an active, unrestricted license.
• Minimum five years as a licensed pharmacist preferred.
• 4–5 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Managed care and/or PBM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and redesign operations to increase service levels and efficiencies, including capacity, locations, and redesigns.
• Oversee Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing requirements with forecasting and workflow analysis.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and reporting capabilities.
• Develop strategic plans for systems, processes and personnel to meet growth and new services.
• Drive continuous operational improvements to enhance patient care and customer experience.
