Onterris, Inc. is actively seeking a Director of FP&A to lead the company’s financial planning and analysis function from a remote, U.S.-based location.

The role reports to the SVP, Finance & Treasury and drives the annual budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes with accountability for the company budgeting calendar and reporting system. You will collaborate with Treasury and leadership to optimize capital expenditures, cash forecasting, and cost of capital while scaling the

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Finance and/or Accounting experience with 10+ years in FP&A
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role in finance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred

Responsabilités

• Own and manage annual planning and forecasting processes, with calendar, deliverables, and system ownership.
• Develop end-to-end capital expenditure process including budgeting, approvals, and ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with Treasury on capex and cash forecasting to reduce cost of capital.
• Lead scaling of finance organization and drive process optimization.
• Manage corporate overhead budgets with C-Suite and implement Zero Based Budgeting where appropriate.
• Provide strategic financial support to executives and board analytics and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, Accounting, and GBS on ERP data model and reporting, including Workday Adaptive.
• Act as primary business partner for Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, Strategy, and Legal for decision support.
• Support M&A due diligence, modeling, integration, and post-close performance analyses.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams.
