Job summary

Onterris is seeking an accomplished FP&A leader to own annual planning, forecasting, and capital allocation. You will drive budgeting accountability and lead end-to-end capital expenditure processes across a multinational environment.

You will partner with treasury, corporate accounting, and executives, delivering financial insights and KPI frameworks; manage Workday Adaptive reporting and M&A due diligence and integration efforts. Irvine, CA based role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Finance and/or Accounting experience with 10+ years in FP&A and 5+ in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• Confidentiality, ambiguity management, and proven leadership of planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Fully own annual planning and forecasting processes, driving accountability among budget owners.
• Develop end-to-end capital expenditure process including model, approvals and lookbacks.
• Provide strategic financial insights and KPI definitions to executive leadership.
• Lead Workday Adaptive reporting, consolidation, and management reporting.
• Oversee mergers & acquisitions financial due diligence, modeling and integration.
