Onterris seeks a Director, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting. You’ll own long-range planning, capital budgeting, and acquisition diligence, partnering with leadership to drive growth.

Compensation ranges from $175,000 to $200,000 USD yearly, plus a 15–20% bonus. Remote work is available nationwide. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in finance, FP&A leadership, and senior-level experience.

Formación

• 15+ years of Finance/Accounting experience, including 10+ years in FP&A.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or professional certification (CFA/CPA) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual planning and forecasting processes and governance.
• Develop end-to-end capital expenditure processes and ROI models.
• Collaborate with Treasury on cash forecasting and funding.
• Scale the finance organization through process improvement and cost optimization.
• Oversee corporate overhead budgets with C-Suite partners.
• Provide strategic financial insights for growth and capital allocation.
• Drive internal and external reporting, KPI definitions and messaging.
• Manage Workday Adaptive data model and reporting.
