Motive is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its FP&A function. You will partner with LOB leadership, drive performance, and elevate financial processes.

A background in multi-entity finance, project accounting, and IFRS-based reporting will be essential as you support growth and governance across the business. The role emphasizes proactive analysis, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with the leadership team to improve profitability and cash flow in a fast-paced software

Qualifications

• CPA or similar qualification required.
• Ability to apply current technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience with project accounting and software accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting for the LoB.
• Ensure revenue recognition and related costs align with IFRS15 per project.
• Lead planning and forecasting cycles and quarterly reviews.
• Monitor bookings, backlog, and book-to-bill performance.
• Provide finance input for vendor and customer contracts and support bids.
