Job summary

OLIPOP, Inc. is seeking a VP of FP&A to lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance management as the company scales. You will partner with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to shape multi-year plans, profitability decisions, and capital allocation.

This high-visibility role requires translating strategy into financial priorities, building scalable FP&A capabilities, and delivering executive-ready analyses to inform investments and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Experience leading FP&A in high-growth consumer brands or similar sectors.
• Strong ability to build enterprise planning, forecasting, and executive-level material.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range planning, multi-year financial plans, and capital allocation.
• Own enterprise financial model and scenario analysis for growth.
• Prepare board/executive narratives and support equity/debt initiatives.
• Build scalable FP&A processes, governance, and reporting routines.
