USP is seeking a Director, Strategic Customer Development, North America, to lead commercial strategy and revenue growth across North America. You will manage a dispersed sales team, cultivate senior-level relationships with pharmaceutical developers, and drive opportunities through direct and distribution channels.

Remote role requiring residence in allowed US states and up to 60% travel. The position reports to Global Business Development and balances growth with cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales and 5+ years of progressive sales leadership in life sciences or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (analytical chemistry, biology, biotechnology) required; MBA preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and data analytics tools (Tableau) is required.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading a geographically dispersed team.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute North America commercial strategy and annual business priorities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team (9+ members) and collaborate with cross-functional leaders.
• Manage sales opportunities, pipeline, and performance metrics using Salesforce and data insights.
• Grow revenues through strategic accounts, new growth opportunities, and distributor partnerships.
